The Renovation Decision Blueprint™ (3)_edited.png

this is where we look at where you’re at & whether the Blueprint is the right next step.

Your session is booked. Your Zoom link and calendar invite are on the way to your inbox.

A recent client was quoted $3,200 to fix something that should have been caught early.

That’s the kind of situation we’re trying to avoid -  this session helps us determine if you need the right level of support to do that.

What this call is:

This is a short, focused session to identify what’s likely to cause problems later - based on where you’re at right now.

We’ll use the time to:

  • Understand your layout, plans, or current thinking

  • Spot gaps, risks, or misaligned decisions

  • Give you clear direction on what to do next

  • It’s practical, direct, and grounded in real renovation experience.

What this call is not:

This is not a design consult.

We won’t be:

  • Choosing finishes or materials

  • Redesigning your space

  • Brainstorming ideas from scratch

This is about clarity and direction, not detail.

Who this is for:

This session works best if you:

  • Are planning a renovation or already in the process

  • Feel unsure if your decisions are right

  • Want to avoid costly mistakes before they happen

  • Need a second set of experienced eyes on your plans

How to get the most out of it:

Come prepared with:

  • Your plans, layout, or drawings (if you have them)

  • Any specific concerns or sticking points

  • A clear idea of where you’re at in your renovation

The more context you bring, the more precise we can be.

What happens after:

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • A clear understanding of what’s working and what’s not

  • Direction on what to adjust (if anything)

  • Confidence in your next steps

  • Clarity on whether you need deeper support - or if you’re on the right track

If it makes sense, we can talk about what that looks like.  If not, you’ll still leave with direction you can use immediately.
