Now we’re going to pressure-test the decisions you’re about to commit to - before changing them costs you thousands.

Your Zoom link and calendar invite are on the way to your inbox.

A renovation decision that costs $1,000 to change on paper can cost $10,000+ once you've ordered materials, engaged trades and started construction.

And some decisions are even harder to fix.

Moving a wall. Changing cabinetry. Relocating plumbing. Reworking electrical. Altering a layout.

This is where getting the right advice early can save you far more than the cost of the review.

What this call is:

This is a focused 60-minute review of the decisions that will have the biggest impact on how your home looks, functions and feels to live in.

We’ll use the time to:

  • Understand your plans and current design decisions

  • Spot gaps, compromises or decisions that need another look

  • Pressure-test how your home will actually function

  • Identify where your budget will have the greatest long-term impact

  • Give you clear direction on what to change, keep or confidently approve

Practical, direct and grounded in 20+ years across interior design, residential renovations and construction project management.

What this call is not:

This is not a design consult.

We won’t be:

  • Choosing finishes or materials

  • Redesigning your space

  • Brainstorming ideas from scratch

You’ve already made the decisions. My job is to challenge them.  To identify the things you may not know to question - before they become expensive to change.

Who this is for:

This session works best if you:

  • Are planning a renovation or already in the process

  • Have plans or major design decisions underway

  • Feel unsure whether you’ve missed something important

  • Want an independent set of experienced eyes before you commit

  • Want to make sure your renovation budget is being spent where it will genuinely improve everyday life

How to get the most out of it:

Come prepared with:

  • Your plans, layout or drawings

  • Any specific concerns or sticking points

  • A clear idea of where you’re at in your renovation

I’ll review everything before we meet so we can spend the hour on the decisions that matter.

What happens after:

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • A clear understanding of what’s working and what deserves another look

  • Direction on what to adjust, if anything

  • Clarity on where your budget is best spent

  • Confidence in the decisions you’re ready to approve

  • Your personalised Renovation Decision Blueprint™

You’ll know what to change, what to keep and what to confidently approve.
