Before the session

This isn’t something to half-listen to while doing something else.  Set yourself up properly so you can actually use it.

→ Join from a laptop or computer (not your phone in the car)
→ Be somewhere you can focus for the full 30 minutes
→ Have a pen or notes ready

You don’t need plans, drawings, or anything prepared.  But you do need to be present.

A quick check before we start

If you’ve been feeling stuck, it’s usually because:

→ everything feels like it could be the first step
→ you’re unsure what to prioritise
→ or you’ve started something… and questioned it straight away

That’s exactly what we’ll fix.

What we’ll cover

In this session, I’ll walk you through:

→ why the starting point feels unclear (even when you’re motivated)
→ The Renovation Decision Sequence™ - the exact order to work through decisions
→ how to apply it, so you know what to focus on first (and what can wait)

So when you sit down to start your renovation, you’re not guessing.

What this is not

This is not a design session.

We’re not choosing finishes, layouts, or styling your space.

And it’s not generic renovation advice.

This is about one thing:

Knowing what needs to be worked out first - so every decision that follows actually works.

Who this is for

→ You’re at the beginning of a renovation (or about to start)

→ You have ideas, but no clear starting point

→ You want to get it right - not redo things later

Who this is not for

→ You’ve already fully designed and documented your renovation

→ You’re looking for styling or decorating advice

→ You want someone to make decisions for you

Questions people usually have

Do I need plans before this?
No. This is what should happen before plans.

→ What if I’ve already started?
That’s fine. You’ll be able to see what’s been worked out — and what hasn’t.

→ Is this going to be overwhelming?
No. This simplifies the process so you know what comes first, what comes next, and what can wait.

→ What if I can’t make it?
Please give as much notice as possible so the spot isn’t wasted.

Add it to your calendar.

Make sure this is locked in so you don’t lose the spot.

A quick note on results

Most people don’t need more ideas.

They need clarity on where to start.

After this session, people typically say:

→ “I finally know what to do first.”
→ “Everything makes more sense now.”
→ “We stopped jumping between decisions and just followed the sequence.”

One last thing

This only works if you show up and engage with it.

If you do, you’ll leave knowing exactly what your next step is - and why.
